Home office (days/week)
Passion for mobile apps and proven track record of delivering mobile experiences
3-5 years’ experience, having contributed to multiple consumer-facing software projects throughout the entire development cycle
Comfort and experience in delivering products in an agile environment as the Product Manager
Good understanding of the online payments world especially in consumer facing products
Understanding and experience in shipping customer services and backend
Technical background with experience working with APIs, mobile & web technologies
Deliver products that our customers love on iOS, Android and Web
Be the product leader that support the customer experience vision, strategy and roadmap to improve speed, customer satisfaction and NPS
Write user stories and manage backlog to communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to our engineering team
Conduct usability testing for all user interfaces & touchpoints to capture feedback that will help to inform the roadmap
Work closely with our UX and Analytics Teams
Work cross functionally particularly with our Customer Service and to optimise and create the right tools, systems and procedures to scale our support functions
