We know how to make parties and have fun. And all this is only at the office, can you imagine what it is like when it comes about the teambuilding?
Flexible working time
Why it is needed to work from 8 to 17? Isn’t it much more important to get the job done? In our company, everyone has the chance to take advantage of flexible working time. For us, it’s important to get the job done than to spend your day in between some specific hours. Come to work a little bit later but be as productive as you can.
Whenever you need – of course under reasonable enough circumstances. This is why we are a team full of friends and we have the best managers because when you need them they are on your side.
You feel tired, you need time to get some rest, you just want to get out for a while and not to be in front of the computer? Well, that’s not a problem anymore. Nearby the office, we have one of the most beautiful city parks. There, you can take a peaceful walk or just to sit on the bench and have some rest staring at the trees and listening to the birds.

Two times annual meetings, face to face, with the managers. There, you can share your opinion about the team, you can share your point of view about the working processes and their development. Feel free to share everything with the managers, they will do anything to help if there is a problem or something else because they are not Bosses, they are Managers.
