Remote Desktop Services Expert with English and German
A1 ICT Services is one of the fastest growing business areas of our company. Our IT solutions and services gain increasingly higher importance and we rely on a team of more than 200 professionals in IT and Digital Transformation Area. The Virtual Desktop Infrastructure team is responsible for setting up, implementing and operating a wide range of virtualization solutions for internal and external customers. That is why currently we are looking for a Remote Desktop Services Expert to join our growing team in Sofia and to work with our colleagues from Austria. You will be focused on remote desktop services such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, MS Terminal Services, VMWare Horizon and related products (Citrix ADC, Citrix AppLayering, Citrix PVS, Ivanti Application Control and 2 FA SecurEnvoy). What would grab our attention: you are a certified expert in Microsoft Server, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMWare Horizon.

Secondary Platform or Framework
minimum 3-5 years of technical experience in the field of remote desktop services;
in-depth technical knowledge of profile management (Ivanti, Citrix UPM) and 2 FA solutions (SecurEnvoy);
very good technical knowledge of basic services such as Powershell Scripting, XenServer, Hyper-V, Databases, FsLogix, Network (DNS, DHCP);
experience in building, migrating and performing remote desktop services in the Enterprise Business segment.
fluent in German and English for professional communication;
structured and self-organized way of working;
good analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems;
strong sense of confidentiality and loyalty;
excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members and management.
based on your strong knowledge in this area, you can identify security issues at our customers and A1 internal system;
to work tight with the CERT colleagues to keep systems up to date and handle reported problems;
independent scheduling of appointments and communication with the customers;
responsible for maintaining & troubleshooting in a team with 7x24 on-call duty;
all activities are documented and handled via Change-Management-Process.
