We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic, lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

Plan and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, Google Ads, Email, Online Events

Utilise analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise results

Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve ROI

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to make recommendations for future campaigns

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email

Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush

Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management skills and ability to work independently

Experience with website optimisation and conversion rate optimisation
