At least 4 years of experience of designing digital products
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
A very good command of design and organization tools such as Sketch/Figma/Adobe CC
Demonstrated proficiency with selecting appropriate UI patterns and applying UCD methodologies to effectively solve design problems
Strong presentation and facilitation skills to clearly communicate design decisions and influence business process owners and stakeholders
Experience working with engineering teams to develop designs that align with technical realities
B2B SaaS design experience highly valued (desirable but not essential)
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process (desirable but not essential)
Understanding of atomic design principles (desirable but not essential)
Understanding of accessible design principles and familiarity with WCAG 2.1 guidelines (desirable but not essential)
Work with internal stakeholders from across the organization to understand short and long-term business goals & objectives
Design user flows experiences for web application
Create mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes ahead of development
Create and run usability tests on new and existing products
Work with other designers to develop and maintain a comprehensive product design guideline
Advocate the UX business to all teams and ensure the global harmonization of the design and user experience
