Responsibilities
- Create, update and manage online help documentation, tutorials, training manuals and user guides;
- Evaluate existing content and identify areas for improvement
- Analyse potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Work in close collaboration with product managers, designers, quality engineers and technical staff on documentation requirements
- Communicate with subject matter experts and developers and to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product
- Gather information from various sources to create comprehensive end-user documentation
- Write understandable and cohesive content, maintaining a consistent and coherent style across all documentation
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets the needs of the target audience, and is compliant with the organizational standards and guidelines
- Create and dispatch translation tasks to translators/proofreaders; collect the reviewed translations.
- Review, revise, modify or edit current content for maximum usability
- Excellent English language skills;Capability to compose clear, engaging and concise content, following minimalistic writing principles and paying strong attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, polished and user-friendly language
- Sound working knowledge of MS Word
- Solid time-management, prioritization and communication skills; High-level research and exploration skills
