Programming expertise: 3+ years of experience in Laravel PHP development.

Independent self-starter: Deliver well built software from start to finish, on time. You'll be comfortable getting projects off the ground and seeing them through to production.

Excellent communicator: We're a small but close-knit team and promise to keep meetings to a minimum. In return we expect you to communicate effectively, and never be afraid to ask for help!

Responsibilities

Build and improve: You'll build core products and improve existing ones, get feedback, iterate...

Design: You'll take part in decisions related to how we design and undertake new projects. Mentor others: Share your knowledge to support and coach other team members.

Spec: You’ll gather requirements and scope out solutions with the rest of the team.

Projects you will be working on

Jiminny is a conversational intelligence platform, ingesting thousands of customer conversations each day and providing insight that would otherwise be hidden or lost. You'll be working on a variety of exciting projects:

Deal based insights, working out which deals are at risk based on data.
Uncovering coaching trends across the team.
Building our public APIs to unleash data.
Integrations with additional telephony systems.
