MANAGER OF A DIGITAL ADVERTISING AGENCY (CEO)

We are looking for a Manager for our digital agency

·      If you have managed such an agency;

·      If you are an expert in the field of digital advertising;

·      If you have a minimum experience of 10 years in digital advertising;

·      Minimum of 3 years in a management position;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      To plan, manage and coordinate the core activities of the company;

·      To defines objectives, strategies, policies and programs;

·      To constantly look for ways to automate the processes;

·      To introduce the use of artificial intelligence;

·      To set and manage budgets, controls costs and ensure efficient use of resources;

·      To represent the company at formal occasions and meetings, negotiations, conventions, public hearings and forums;

·      To select or approve the selection of senior staff;

·      To develop and implement marketing communications strategy and monthly plans for all channels;

·      To take specific actions to increase sales and profit;

·      To identify customer needs and behaviors and create appropriate business management strategies for their needs;

·      To control the costs and taking specific actions to optimize them;

·      To develop, approve, implement and monitor compliance with common operating standards;

·      To directly manage the pricing, sales and offering of specific services, ensuring quality control of their content;

·      To analyze new trends in the field's service offerings, competition, potential pricing and customer preferences, and takes measures for innovation and improvement;

·      To develop advertising strategies to achieve set objectives;

·      To propose detailed budgeting, based on the developed strategies;

·      To execute the approved strategy in conjunction with Google, Social, SEO and Creative Director executives.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

- At least 10+ years of experience in digital advertising;

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Digital Advertising Agency Manager;

- In-depth knowledge of survey and analytics software and tools;

- Proven experience in developing strategies for various stages of the product lifecycle;

- Accountability - there should be no outstanding cases;

- High level of English language proficiency (written and spoken);

- Good knowledge of project management processes, techniques and technologies;

- Good experience of working at local, regional and international level;

- Solid knowledge of managing and improving the performance of multiple team members;

- Experience in delivering digital marketing services with a large scope;

- Positive and friendly attitude;

- Desire to grow personally and professionally internationally.
