Technical Writer

What you will do:

·      Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;

·      Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience;

·      Create product manuals with screenshots and tutorials;

·      Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides;

·      Create tutorials to help end-users use our suite of different applications;

·      Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities;

·      Help others in creating documentation.

Our Expectations

·      3+ years of experience in technical writing of software documentation;

·      Strong technical writing skills in English and Bulgarian;

·      Strong research and analytical skills;

·      Ability to deliver high-quality documentation & paying attention to detail;

·      Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, images and video;

·      Basic familiarity with the software-development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development in general;

·      Experience at a high-tech or software company with working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure;

·     Basic experience with Hubspot;

·      Experience with documentation publishing software such as Zendesk Guide is a plus;

·      Knowledge of screen-capturing and video-recording software such as SnagIt or Camtasia is a plus;

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines is a plus.
