Ozone is one of the Balkans largest and fastest-growing e-commerce projects, with origins in Bulgaria. Our current portfolio includes ozone.bg, our international arm with websites in Romania, Greece, and Croatia, as well as our retail stores Pulsar Games, BG Uchebnik, and PhotoPavilion. The  Information Technology department at Ozone.bg is expanding to accommodate the management of all our internal systems and processes and allow for further business expansion in both Bulgaria and Europe. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Analyst.

What we expect of you:

• At least 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst position
• Aware of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques (BABOK), as well as business architecture frameworks
• Showing deep analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills
• A stress-resistant personality
• Ready to take ownership and make on-time decisions
• Influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Meeting facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Demonstrating e-commerce domain knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Full requirements management cycle for a development team within Agile SDLC
• Negotiating with multiple stakeholders
• Explaining the business context of a solution to the development team
• Discussing solution requirements and design options with the team and communicating outcomes to stakeholders (incl. business context, tech dependencies, constraints, risks, benefits, and opportunities)
• Establishing and following requirements – lifecycle processes, as well as writing user stories.
