- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in Kotlin development and Spring Boot , with a strong understanding of its core principles and best practices
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, and implement Kotlin-based applications and microservices for our fintech products
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards
- Participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot and debug software defects, as well as identify and address performance issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies
