Paysafe is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java) – Skrill & NETELLER in Sofia, Bulgaria.
As a Software Engineer working for our Skrill and Neteller digital wallets, part of the Paysafe Group, you’ll be able to take part in the shaping of the future of payments. With over 10 years’ experience, Skrill and Neteller are the go-to payment options when it comes to e-money transfers and playing online. You’ll be able to build their awesome functionalities on the back stage and coach your fellow developers.
Projects you will be working on
Skrill and Neteller are online digital wallets which enable millions of customers all over the world to send and receive money, pay merchants and trade / send cryptocurrencies. The products we create are as follows:
- Ability for customers to send and receive money cross – borders;
- Easy, seamless way of payment to thousands of merchants online;
- Access to debit cards – both physical and virtual;
- Crypto wallet – easy access to trading & sending cryptocurrencies.
You’ll communicate with your clients in both languages, and with your co-workers in English.
As a technical support, one of your main responsibilities is to solve customer problems. Some are going to be obvious, others will require critical thinking & analysis from your end.
You have at least 5 years of experience with Java 8+, with a good grasp of Spring framework. Advanced understanding of three-tier architecture. Good knowledge of basic security concepts. Desire to learn and to be challenged.
You have built strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate with near & distant software development teams. You also have a working command of the English Language.
You use the right tools for the job. You’re directed by your analytical skills and ability to stay objective
