You can join a high-performing international team developing an ambitious product suite for the insurance and reinsurance industry.

In this role, you will work closely together with our product manager, our development teams, and with our clients. It’s this close collaboration where we as a company excel and by which we lead the innovation in our field.

The role’s precise scope can be tailored to your available capacity, from 60-100%. Work schedule is flexible as well.

About the project:

It is built on a modular architecture, using Typescript (React, NodeJS,Express, NestJS) for both frontend and backend. The complexity of this project lies in the challenging business logic, a large amount of processed data, and problems of service integration. We will develop and extend our solution in the long run.

About your technical skills:

Profound experience in quantitative fields of insurance and reinsurance like: Reinsurance underwriting, (Re-)Insurance pricing, Reserving, Regulatory reporting, Solvency calculations

University degree in a Quantitative Science

Sound understanding of programming paradigms

Actuarial degree is a plus

You are happy to take up client input for their specific implementation – our solutions are at the heart of each client’s business, and each heart is a bit different

You are business fluent in English, German is a strong plus, and other languages are welcome too
