Currently, we are looking to hire Python Developer to join our amazing team of Data Scientists 

YOUR JOB WILL BE TO:

● Engineer and transform features from raw data, ensuring that input variables are optimized for model training and predictive accuracy.

● Write efficient, modular, and maintainable Python code that adheres to best practices. Document your codebase comprehensively to enable seamless collaboration within the team.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into the company's software products, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end interfaces and back-end algorithms.

● Continuously enhance the performance of algorithms and models, focusing on scalability and efficiency, to handle real-time data streams and large datasets.

● Conduct testing and validation of developed models and algorithms, ensuring their accuracy and reliability in real-world logistics scenarios.

● Stay updated with the latest trends in data science, machine learning, and logistics optimization. Contribute innovative ideas and explore emerging techniques to solve complex logistics challenges.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models is a plus.

● Knowledge of optimization algorithms, graph theory, and/or operations research is an advantage.

● A strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with relevant tools is an advantage.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

● Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
